Creating a Multiple-Option Selection Poll Challenge

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard.

A Multiple-Option Selection Poll Challenge allows Players to select more than one option from a list. Use this Challenge when you want Players to choose one or more responses, preferences, or answers from the options provided.

Unlike a Single-Option Selection Poll Challenge, Players can select multiple options in a Multiple-Option Selection Poll Challenge.

To create a Multiple-Option Selection Poll Challenge:

1. Sign in to your Administrator account at https://gametize.com/signin.
2. Select the Project, then the Topic where you want to create the Content.
3. On the Topic Manager page, locate and click on "+ New Content".
4. Select the Challenges in the pop-up panel.
5. Select "POLL CHALLENGE". 
6. Select “Multiple-Option Selection”.
7. Fill in the necessary details that describe the Challenge.
   • Upload a Content Image. Alternatively, select an image from the Gametize Image Library or Pixabay Image Library.
     • Toggle the button to enable or disable showing the featured image at the bottom of the Content screen.
   • Enter a Content Title.
   • Add a Content Description, if needed.
   • Embed External Media, if needed.
   • Add the content to a Content Category, if needed.
8. Under Poll Options, create at least 2 poll options.
   • Add the Poll Option Text for each option.
   • Assign the points to award when a Player selects each option.
   • Optional: add a customized post-completion message for each option.
   • Optional: add an image to each Poll Option.
   • Optional: click "Add Another Answer" to add more options.
9. Configure any Advanced Settings, if required.
   1. Points Settings - for completions, speed points, and team bonus points
   2. Activating Time Delay before completions are allowed
   3. Activating Maximum Completions allowable in a Content
   4. Scheduling the Content to publish or expire
   5. Insert post-completion message
   6. Enabling Limit Completions to Administrators
   7. Locking the Content
   8. Adding Event Details for a Content
   9. Embedding a Map
   10. Send notifications to Players about the newly created Content
10. Click "Save Details" to create the Challenge.

Key highlights about Multiple-Option Selection Poll Challenge:

• Option-based Challenge settings can only be edited when there are no completions associated with the Challenge. If the Content already has completions, you may need to delete the completions or duplicate the Content before changing option-based settings.
• Players can select more than one Poll Option.
• Players earn points from all selected Poll Options and for completing the Challenge.
• You can add more than 2 Poll Options to give Players more choices.
