Note: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard.
A Photo Challenge requires Players to submit a photo to complete the Challenge. This Challenge type is useful when you want Players to share visual responses, such as event photos, proof of completion, product displays, activity snapshots, or creative submissions.
To create a Photo Challenge:
- Sign in to your Administrator account at https://gametize.com/signin.
- Select the Project, then the Topic where you want to create the Content.
- On the Topic Manager page, locate and click on "+ New Content".
- Select the Challenges in the pop-up panel.
- Select "PHOTO CHALLENGE".
- Fill in the necessary details that describe the Challenge.
- Upload a Content Image. Alternatively, select an image from the Gametize Image Library or Pixabay Image Library.
- Toggle the button to enable or disable showing the featured image at the bottom of the Content screen.
- Enter a Content Title.
- Add a Content Description, if needed.
- Embed External Media, if needed.
- Add the content to a Content Category, if needed.
- Upload a Content Image. Alternatively, select an image from the Gametize Image Library or Pixabay Image Library.
- Configure any Advanced Settings, if required.
- Points Settings - for completions, votes, speed points, and team bonus points
- Content Frequency - how often Players can complete the Challenge
- Activating Time Delay before completions are allowed
- Activating Maximum Completions allowable in a Content
- Scheduling the Content to publish or expire
- Insert post-completion message
- Character limit for Completions
- Enabling Private Completions in a Content
- Enabling Limit Completions to Administrators
- Locking the Content
- Adding Event Details for a Content
- Embedding a Map
- Send notifications to Players about the newly created Content
- Click "Save Details" to create the Challenge.
Some special things about Photo Challenge:
- Players must take or upload a photo to complete the Challenge.
- Players may submit only one photo for each completion.
- Players may include text with their photo submission, if needed.
