The Project-Wide Reward Redemption Limit lets administrators control how many rewards each Player can redeem across the entire Project.
Use this when your Project has multiple reward items, but each Player should only be able to redeem a set number of rewards in total. For example, you may offer several reward options, but allow each Player to redeem only one item from the full reward catalogue.
How to set a Project-Wide Reward Redemption Limit
- From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project you want to manage.
- Go to Project Tools.
- Select "Reward Manager".
- Click on "Settings".
- Set the Project-wide redemption limit.
- Enter the maximum number of rewards each Player can redeem across the Project.
- For example, enter 1 if each Player should only be able to redeem one reward item in total.
- Click on "Save Settings" to save your changes.
Note: This limit will override any limits set for individual rewards.
What happens when the limit is reached
- Once a Player reaches the Project-wide redemption limit, they should not be able to redeem another reward in the same Project.
- This applies across reward items.
- For example, if the Project-wide redemption limit is 1, a Player who redeems Reward A should not be able to redeem Reward B afterwards.
