Enabling Voucher Codes

Gametize is excited to introduce a new feature called Voucher Code Redemption. This feature enhances the rewards system where players will be assigned a unique coupon code after they collect a reward. With this feature, players can now enjoy their rewards with ease, while administrators can easily manage and track reward usage.

This article will cover the following components:

• To enable Voucher Codes
• To edit a Voucher Code
• Delete a Voucher Code
• Delete Voucher Codes via Bulk Actions

To enable Voucher Codes:

1. As you are creating a Reward, scroll down to “Enhanced Reward Options” section under Advanced Settings.
2. Select the checkbox to enable Voucher Codes .
3. Click on .
4. Once the Reward is created, you will be redirected to upload the voucher codes for the Reward.
5. Follow the instructions to create an Excel spreadsheet in "Excel Workbook (.xlsx)" format with the Voucher Code.
6. Under "Upload a Spreadsheet", click to upload.
7. Once the file is uploaded successfully, click .

To edit a Voucher Code:

1. On the Reward Manager page, look for the Reward you wish to edit the voucher codes. 
2. Under the "Actions" column, select "Edit Voucher Codes".
3. Look for the Voucher Code you wish to edit and select “Edit Voucher Codes” under Actions column. 
4. Once you have edited the voucher code, click to save changes.

Delete a Voucher Code:

1. On the Reward Manager page, look for the Reward you wish to delete a voucher code.
2. Under the "Actions" column, select "Voucher Codes".
3. Look for the Voucher Code you wish to edit and select  under Actions column.

Delete Voucher Codes via Bulk Actions 

1. On the Reward Manager page, look for the Voucher Codes you wish to delete.
2. Select  under Bulk Actions.
3. This will launch a multiple-selection popup window. You can select multiple Voucher Codes by:
   1. Searching by name or email address
   2. Selecting the checkbox in the header row to select all 
   3. Selecting 1 or more checkboxes from the list
4. Click to proceed to the confirmation screen and complete the action.
