Enabling Voucher Codes

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard.

Voucher Code Redemption enhances the Rewards system by assigning each Player a unique voucher code after they collect a Reward. Players can use these codes to redeem their Rewards, while administrators can manage and track voucher usage from the Admin Dashboard.

This article will cover the following components:

• To enable Voucher Codes
• To edit a Voucher Code
• Delete a Voucher Code
• Delete Voucher Codes via Bulk Actions

To enable Voucher Codes:

1. While creating a Reward, scroll down to “Enhanced Reward Options” section.
2. Check the checkbox "Enable voucher codes".
3. Click "Create Reward".
4. Once the Reward has been created, you will be redirected to the page where you can upload Voucher Codes for the Reward.
5. Create an Excel spreadsheet in "Excel Workbook (.xlsx)" format with the Voucher Code with the following guidelines
   1. The Excel file uploaded should only have 1 sheet, and should not contain any hidden sheets.
   2. The first column comprises of the voucher codes.
   3. Do not include column headers.
   4. Note that only Excel files with the .xlsx file extension will be accepted.
   5. 
6. Under Upload a Spreadsheet, click "Select A File" and choose the spreadsheet you wish to upload.
7. Once the file is uploaded successfully, click "Upload".

To edit a Voucher Code:

1. On the Reward Manager page, locate the Reward whose Voucher Codes you wish to edit.
2. Under the Actions column, select "Voucher Codes".
3. Locate the Voucher Code you wish to update and select "Edit Voucher Code" under the Actions column.
4. Make your changes, then click "Update Reward Code" to save them.

Delete a Voucher Code:

1. On the Reward Manager page, locate the Reward whose Voucher Code you wish to delete.
2. Under the Actions column, select "Voucher Codes".
3. Locate the Voucher Code you wish to delete and select "Delete Voucher Code" under the Actions column.

Delete Voucher Codes via Bulk Actions 

1. On the Reward Manager page, locate the Reward containing the Voucher Codes you wish to delete.
2. Select "Delete Voucher Codes" under Bulk Actions.
3. A multiple-selection window will appear. You can select multiple Voucher Codes by:
   1. Using the search function to find specific Voucher Codes.
   2. Selecting the checkbox in the header row to select all Voucher Codes.
   3. Selecting one or more checkboxes beside individual Voucher Codes.
4. Click Next to proceed to the confirmation screen and complete the action.

  NOTE:

• Once Voucher Codes have been enabled for a Reward, they cannot be disabled when editing the Reward.
• Voucher Codes and Reward Variations cannot be enabled for the same Reward.
