Creating Rewards to be awarded by Admin-only

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard.

Enable this setting when only Administrators should be allowed to redeem a Reward on behalf of Players. Players will not be able to redeem the Reward themselves.

To enable the option:

1. From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project containing the Reward.
2. Select Project Tools.
3. Select Reward Manager.

4. Create or edit the Reward.

   • To create a Reward, select New Reward.
   • To update an existing Reward, find it in Reward Manager and select Edit Reward under Actions.
5. Under Basic Settings, locate "Limit redemptions to Admins" and select the checkbox "Only admins may redeem the reward on behalf of players".
6. Save the Reward.

 Note: When the Reward is ready to be awarded, redeem it on behalf of the Player.

• The Player must have enough points to redeem the Reward.
• Reward limits configured for the Reward still apply.
