Enabling Reward Variations

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard.

Reward Variations allow Players to choose from a range of options when redeeming a Reward, such as size, colour, or type.

This article will cover the following components:

• To enable Reward Variations
• To edit Reward Variations

To enable Reward Variations:

1. While creating a Reward, scroll down to the "Enhanced Reward Options" section.
2. Check the checkbox "Enable reward options".
3. Enter the Reward variation and its corresponding quantity.
4. Click "Add Another Variation" to add more options as needed.

To edit Reward Variations:

1. On the Reward Manager page, locate the Reward whose variations you wish to edit.
2. Under the Actions column, select "Edit Reward".
3. Scroll down to the Reward Variations section.
4. Update the Reward variations and their corresponding quantities.
5. Once you are done, click Save Changes.

NOTE:

• Total Available under Reward Limits will be updated when your changes are saved.
• Once Reward Variations have been enabled for a Reward, they cannot be disabled when editing the Reward.
• Reward Variations and Voucher Codes cannot be enabled for the same Reward.
