Creating Rewards that Allow Cancellation

Administrators can create a reward that allows the Player to cancel the reward redemption before collection or any time. This reward option offers flexibility in reward management, as points will be refunded when users cancel the redemption.

To enable:

1. From Admin Dashboard Home, search for the Project you wish to edit the Reward and click on the selected Project.
2. Via the Navigation Sidebar, select Project Tools, scroll to the section User Management & Awardables and select Reward Manager.
3. On the Reward Manager page, create a reward or look for the Reward you wish to enable the option and go on to edit the Reward. 
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, look for the section Basic Settings.

5. Look for "Allow cancellation" and select the cancellation option from the dropdown list.

   
6. Once done, click on or (on the right of the page) to save changes.
