Viewing Reward Redemption History

After Players have redeemed Rewards or Admins have redeemed on their behalf, each redemption will be listed in the Redemption History. 

To view:

  1. From Admin Dashboard Home, search for the Project you wish to delete the Reward.
  2. Via the Navigation Sidebar, select Project Tools, scroll to the section User Management & Awardables and select Reward Manager.
  3. On the Manage Reward Manager page, look for the Reward and select "Redemption History" under the "Actions" column.
  4. You will see a few options:
    1. Download Report
    2. Collect Reward for Player
    3. Cancel This Redemption
