Redeeming a Reward for Players

Administrators have the ability to redeem Rewards on behalf of Players. 

To redeem a reward for Players: 

1. Select a Project in which you wish to manage the Reward.
2. Go to Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’, select ‘Reward Manager’. 
3. Search for the Reward you wish to act on and select .
4. Select from the list the Player(s) you would like to redeem the Reward for. (Note that Players who have hit the redemption limit may still appear on the list but you are not able to redeem rewards for them again). 
5. Click  to proceed with the reward redemption. 
6. Select notification options after successful reward redemption. You may choose to inform Players via email and/or push notifications, or none. 
   
   
7. Proceed to confirm Reward Redemption.
