Redeeming a Reward for Players

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners, Project Administrators and Project Moderators on the Admin Dashboard.

Administrators can redeem Rewards on behalf of Players.

Important: Players must have sufficient points for an Administrator to redeem a Reward on their behalf successfully.

To redeem a Reward for Players:

1. From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project containing the Reward you wish to manage.
2. Select Project Tools, then select "Reward Manager". 
3. Locate the Reward you wish to redeem, then select the "Redeem for Player" option under Actions column.
4. Select the Player(s) you would like to redeem the Reward for.
   • Note: Players who have reached the Reward's redemption limit may still appear in the list, but you will not be able to redeem the Reward for them again.
5. Select "Next" to proceed with the reward redemption. 
6. You can either select from the list or upload an Excel File to redeem the reward for players.
   1. Select from list 
      • Select the Players you want to award the Achievement to.
        • Search by Player name or email address. 
        • Check the checkbox beside each Player you want to select. 
        • To select all listed Players, use the select all checkbox.
   2. Upload Excel file 

      • Prepare your Excel file using the required format.

        • The first column lists your existing users' email addresses.
        • The Excel file uploaded should only have 1 sheet, and should not contain any hidden sheets.
        • Do not include column headers.
        • You may add as many rows as you want, while strictly following the same format given above.
        • Note that only Excel files with the .xlsx file extension will be accepted.
7. Choose whether you would like to notify Players after the Reward has been successfully redeemed. You can notify them via:
   • Email notification
   • Push notification
8. Review the details and confirm the Reward Redemption.
