Editing a Reward

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard.

To begin editing a Reward:

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, search for and select the Project containing the Reward you wish to edit.
2. Click Project Tools.
3. Select Reward Manager.
4. On the Reward Manager page, locate the Reward you wish to edit.
5. Under the Actions column, select "Edit Reward".

You can edit the following:

• Reward image
• Reward name
• Reward description
• Additional Reward Description Types
• Reward Category (if any)
• Reward settings such as points required, collection requirements, and cancellation options
• Admin-only redemption option
• Enhanced Reward Options - Reward Variations

 NOTE:

• Changing the Reward redemption rules or Admin-only redemption option will not revoke Rewards that have already been redeemed by Players.
• You can edit reward variations for a reward if you have enabled them when creating a reward
