Collecting a Reward for Players

After successful reward redemption by Administrators or Players, Administrators have the option to collect the Reward for Players, essentially updating the collecting status.

NOTE: Reward collection via the Gametize Admin Dashboard or App is not equivalent to an actual physical collection of the item. It is recommended that Administrators inform Players on how to collect the physical item. For Players with questions on reward collection, please do contact your Project Admin via the Player Web or App.

You may collect a Reward for a single Player or for multiple Players:

Collecting a Reward for a single Player

Select a Project in which you wish to manage the Reward.
Go to Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’, select ‘Reward Manager’.
Search for Reward you wish to act on and view Redemption history.
Search for the Player you wish to collect the Reward for.
[optional] A single Player may have multiple redemptions. Search for the specific redemption you wish to collect the Reward for.
Under the column ‘Collection Date’, click .
You will be redirected to confirm the collection.

Collecting a Reward for multiple Players via Bulk Action

Select a Project in which you wish to manage the Reward.
Go to Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’, select ‘Reward Manager’.
Search for the Reward you wish to act on and view Redemption history.
Under ‘Bulk Actions’, select .
Select from the list the Players/Redemptions you would like to collect the Reward for.
Click to confirm the collection.
