Viewing Reward Redemption History

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners, Project Administrators and Project Moderators on the Admin Dashboard.

After Players have redeemed a Reward, or Administrators have redeemed a Reward on their behalf, each redemption will be recorded in the Redemption History.

To view a Reward's Redemption History:

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, search for and select the Project containing the Reward.
2. Select Project Tools, then select "Reward Manager".
3. On the Manage Reward Manager page, locate the Reward you wish to view.
4. Under the Actions column, select "Redemption History".
5. On the Redemption History page, you will see several available options:
   1. Download Report
   2. Collect Reward for Player
   3. Cancel This Redemption
