After successful Reward collection by Administrator or Player, Administrators have the option to cancel the collection.
NOTE: After canceling the Reward collection, Administrators or Player has the option to collect the reward again. |
You may cancel reward collection for a single Player or for multiple Players:
Canceling a single reward collection
- Select a Project in which you wish to manage the Reward.
- Navigate to the Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’, select ‘Reward Manager’.
- Search for the Reward you wish to act on and view Redemption history.
- Search for the reward collection you wish to cancel. (Note that a Player can have multiple reward collections).
- [optional] A single Player may have multiple collections. Search for the specific reward collection you wish to cancel.
- Under the column ‘Collection Date’, click . (Note that if a timestamp is present, it indicates that the Player collected the reward)
- You will be redirected to confirm the collection cancellation.
Canceling multiple reward collections
- Select a Project in which you wish to manage the Reward.
- Navigate to the Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’, select ‘Reward Manager’.
- Search for Reward you wish to act on and view Redemption history.
- Under ‘Bulk Actions’, select .
- Select from the list the Players/Redemptions you would like to collect the Reward for.
- Click to confirm the reward cancellation.
