Downloading Team Achievement Recipients Report

The Team Achievement Recipients Report shows the list of Teams who have earned a Team Achievement in the selected Project. This article will cover the following: 

• How to download the report
• How to interpret the report

How to download Team Achievement Recipients report:

1. Go to Project Analytics and select “Report Download”.
2. Scroll to the section “Other Data” and select “All Achievements unlocked by Teams” from the dropdown. 
3. Click  which you will see the options to 1) download the report directly, or 2) send the report via email.
4. To download the report directly:
1. Go to the section “Download Report” and pick a time period - “All Time” or a date range (according to GMT +0). 
2. Click  to begin downloading. 
5. To send the report via email:
1. Go to the section “Send Report via Email” and pick a time period - “All Time” or a date range (according to GMT +0). 
2. Insert an email address to which you would like to send the report. 
3. Click  to generate and send the report. 

How to interpret Team Achievement Recipients report:

You will see the following:

1. Achievement information: unique ID and name
2. Team information: unique ID and name
3. Unlocked At: timestamp in which the Team Achievement was awarded (according to GMT +0)
