Downloading Votes Report

Downloading Votes Report allows you to observe and analyze Vote activity in your Project. There are reports for votes on Flashcard and Challenge Completions.

To do so:

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, select the Project you wish to download the reports.
2. Go into Project Analytics and select “Report Download” on the popup panel.
3. Scroll to locate the section “Votes Data”. You will see 4 options in the dropdown.
   1. All Flashcards Votes in this Project - grouped by Flashcard -  The total count of votes on a Flashcard is consolidated in a single row.
      
      
   2. All Flashcards Votes in this Project -   A summary of all votes on all Flashcards in the Project, with voters’ details.
      
      
   3. All Completion Votes in this Project - grouped by Completion - The total count of votes on a Challenge completion is consolidated in a single row.
      
   4. All Completion Votes in this Project -  A summary of all votes on all Challenge completions in the Project, with the Completion authors’ as well as the voters’ details.
      
      
4. After selecting the type of report you would like to download, simply click . You will then see the options to 1) download the report directly, or 2) send the report via email.
5. To download the report directly:
   1. Go to the section “Download Report” and pick a time period - “All Time” or a date range (according to GMT +0). 
   2. Click  to begin downloading. 
6. To send the report via email:
   1. Go to the section “Send Report via Email” and pick a time period - “All Time” or a date range (according to GMT +0). 
   2. Insert an email address to which you would like to send the report. 
   3. Click  to generate and send the report.
