Downloading Comments Report

Downloading the Comment Report allows you to view comments left by your Player in the Project. There are reports for comments on content and comments on completions.

To do so:

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, select the Project you wish to download the reports.
2. Go into Project Analytics and select “Report Download” on the popup panel.
3. Scroll to locate the section “Comments Data”. You will see 3 options in the dropdown.
   
   1. All Topic Comments in this Project - A report of all comments and the replies on all Topics (i.e. content of the Topics) in the Project.
      
      
   2. All Challenge Comments in this Project - A report of all comments and replies on all Challenges (i.e. content of the Challenge) in the Project.
      
      
   3. All Completion Comments in this Project - A report of all comments on all Challenge completions in the Project. Summary of all comments and replies by User in Completion.
      
      
4. After selecting the type of report you would like to download, simply click .
