Downloading Activity Report

Downloading Activity Report allows you to observe and analyze your Players’ activity in the form of total points earned, bonus points earned, Achievements unlocked and Rewards being redeemed. There are 4 reports available

• History of points earned
• History of bonus points awarded
• Achievements unlocked
• Rewards redeemed

History of points earned

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, select the Project you wish to download the reports.
2. Go into Project Analytics and select “Download Reports” on the popup panel.
3. Scroll to locate the section “Activity Data” and select "History of points earned by players" from the dropdown.
4. Click  to download the selected report. 
5. The report shows the list of actions that result in the addition or removal of points for the Player. 

History of bonus points awarded

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, select the Project you wish to download the reports.
2. Go into Project Analytics and select “Download Reports” on the popup panel.
3. Scroll to locate the section “Activity Data” and select "History of bonus points awarded to players" from the dropdown.
4. Click  to download the selected report. 
5. The report drills down specifically to the list of Players with bonus points awarded by Admins. 

Achievements unlocked

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, select the Project you wish to download the reports.
2. Go into Project Analytics and select “Download Reports” on the popup panel.
3. Scroll to locate the section “Activity Data” and select "All achievements unlocked by players" from the dropdown.
4. Click  to download the selected report. 
   
5. The report shows the records of Achievements unlocked by the Players in the Project. 

Rewards redeemed

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, select the Project you wish to download the reports.
2. Go into Project Analytics and select “Download Reports” on the popup panel.
3. Scroll to locate the section “Activity Data” and select "All rewards redeemed by players" from the dropdown.
4. Click  to download the selected report
5. The report shows the records of Reward redeemed by the Players in the Project.
