Downloading Team Statistics Report

Downloading Team Statistics Report allows you to analyze the performance of the teams in your Project, in terms of points, completions, and achievements. Before you can have any team statistics, hence able to download Team Reports, you will need to enable Teams and begin managing Teams by adding Players into them. 

This article will cover the following: 

• How to download the report
• How to interpret the report

How to download the Team report:

There are 2 ways to download it:

• Via the Team Summary
• Via Project Analytics - Report Download

Downloading Team Statistics report via Team Summary:

1. Go to Project Analytics and select “Team Summary”.
2. On the page with the list of teams, select  and you will see the options to 1) download the report directly, or 2) send the report via email.
3. To download the report directly:
   1. Go to the section “Download Report” and pick a time period - “All Time” or a date range (according to GMT +0). 
   2. Click to begin downloading. 
4. To send the report via email:
   1. Go to the section “Send Report via Email” and pick a time period - “All Time” or a date range (according to GMT +0). 
   2. Insert an email address which you would like to send the report to. 
   3. Click  to generate and send the report. 

Downloading Team Statistics report via Project Analytics - Report Download:

1. Go to Project Analytics and select “Report Download”.
2. Scroll to the section “Other Data” and select “All Team Statistics” from the dropdown. 
3. Click  and you will see the options to 1) download the report directly, or 2) send the report via email.
4. To download the report directly:
   1. Go to the section “Download Report” and pick a time period - “All Time” or a date range (according to GMT +0). 
   2. Click to begin downloading. 
5. To send the report via email:
   1. Go to the section “Send Report via Email” and pick a time period - “All Time” or a date range (according to GMT +0). 
   2. Insert an email address which you would like to send the report to. 
   3. Click  to generate and send the report. 

How to interpret the Team report

There are 2 reports available:

• Segmented by Teams
• Segmented by Players

Interpreting Team report - segmented by teams

To view this report, select the “Teams” worksheet in the downloaded report and you will see the following:

1. Team information: unique ID, name, publish status, and the team owner’s name
2. Team statistics: 
   1. Average points: average points earned by all Players in the selected Team out of the number of team members
   2. Total points: total points earned by all Players in the selected Team out of the number of team members
   3. Total Completions: total number of challenge completions contributed by all team members
   4. Challenges Completed: total number of challenges completed by all team members (includes the same challenge completed by different team members)
   5. Achievements unlocked: total number of team achievements awarded to the team
   6. Total Time Spent: total time spent by all team members 
   7. Average Time Spent: average time spent by all team members
3. Team creation and update details: timestamp in which the team was created at and updated (when team image, name, and description were updated)

Interpreting Team report - segmented by players

This report shows the list of players who belong to a team in the selected Project. To view this report, select the “Players” worksheet in the downloaded report and you will see the following:

1. Team information: unique ID, name, and publish status
2. Player information: unique ID, name, and email
3. Player statistics: number of total completions, challenges completed, votes cast/received, comments posted, total points, points balance (after deduction from reward redemption), progress, total time spent
4. Player activity data (any timestamp is according to GMT +0)
   1. Join Time: timestamp at which the player joined the project 
   2. First Completion At: timestamp at which the player first submitted a challenge completion
   3. Last Completion At: timestamp at which the player last submitted a challenge completion
   4. Last Vote At: timestamp at which the player last voted on content or completion
   5. Last Comment At: timestamp at which the player last commented on content or completion
   6. Last Activity At: timestamp at which the player is last active in the Project - can refer to either viewing of content, completing challenges, etc.
   7. Days Since Last Activity: the number of days since the player is active in the Project
