Downloading Completion Report

Downloading the Completion Report allows you to view completion data pertaining to Topics and Challenges. 

To do so:

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, select the Project you wish to download the reports.
2. Go into Project Analytics and select “Report Download” on the pop-up panel.
3. Then, select the reports you would like to download. There are 2 completion reports you can download.
   1. Challenge Completions (under "Activity Statistics" section) - there are 2 reports available
      1. Separated by Challenges - where the completions for each Challenge are summarized in separate worksheets
      2. Consolidated worksheet - where all the completions for all Challenges are summarized in a single worksheet
   2. Topic completion progress (under "Other Statistics" section) - Summary of the Players’ Topic completion statuses and their progress (as a percentage) for each topic the Project. There are 3 statuses:
      
      
      1. Not Started: when the Player has yet to begin on the Topic
      2. Not Completed: when the Player has started, but has yet to complete all Challenges in the Topic
      3. Completed: when the Player has completed all Challenges in the Topic
