Downloading Project Report

Downloading the Project Report allows you an overview of all the content that you have created in a Project - Topics, Challenges and Flashcards, as well as their associated data. 

To do so:

1. From the Admin Dashboard Home, select the Project you wish to download the reports.
2. Go into Project Analytics and select “Download Reports” on the pop-up panel.
3. Scroll to locate the section “Project Data”. You will see 3 options in the dropdown.

   1. All Topics in this Project -   An overview of all Topics created in the Project, summarizing the Challenges and Flashcards in them, as well as the number of joined Players, completions and comments.
      
      

   2. All Challenges in this Project - An overview of all Challenges created in the Project, summarizing the published status, Challenge type used and associated Player activities - the number of completions, bookmarked and comments.
      
      

   3. All Flashcards in this Project - An overview of all Flashcards created in the Project, summarizing the published status and associated Player activities - the number of bookmarked and votes. 
      

4. After selecting the type of report you would like to download, simply click .
