After successful reward redemption by Administrators or Players, Administrators have the option to cancel the reward redemption.
NOTE: After canceling Reward redemption, points will be returned to the Player and Administrator or Player has the option to redeem the reward again. |
You may cancel reward redemption for a single Player or for multiple Players:
Canceling a single reward redemption
- Select a Project in which you wish to manage the Reward.
- Go to Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’, select ‘Reward Manager’.
- Search for the Reward you wish to act on and view Redemption history.
- Search for the redemption which you wish to cancel. (Note that a Player can have multiple redemptions)
- Under the column ‘Collection Date’, click .
- You will be redirected to confirm the redemption cancellation.
Canceling multiple reward redemptions via Bulk Action
- Select a Project in which you wish to manage the Reward.
- Go to Project Tools. Under ‘User Management & Awardables’, select ‘Reward Manager’.
- Search for Reward you wish to act on and view Redemption history.
- Under ‘Bulk Actions’, select .
- Select from the list the Redemptions you would like to cancel.
- Click to confirm the reward cancellation.
