Note: This feature is available on the Admin Dashboard to Project Owners, Project Administrators, and Project Moderators.
Important: Removing a Player from a Topic permanently deletes all of their data in that Topic, including Challenge completions, points earned, votes cast, and comments posted. This action cannot be undone.
The removed Player will remain in the Project. You can remove a single Player or multiple Players from a Topic.
There are 2 ways to remove Players from a Topic:
To remove a Single Player
- Select the Project and Topic from which you want to remove the Player.
- Go to Topic Tools.
- Select "Player Manager (Topic)".
- You will see a list of Players who are currently in the Topic.
- Search for the Player by name or email address.
- Under the Actions column, select "Remove from Topic".
- Review the Player’s details on the confirmation screen.
- Confirm the removal.
- The Player and their associated data will be permanently removed from the Topic.
- The Player will remain in the Project.
To remove Multiple Players via Bulk Actions
- Select the Project and Topic from which you want to remove Players.
- Go to Topic Tools.
- Select "Player Manager (Topic)".
- You will see a list of Players who are currently in the Topic.
- Under Bulk Actions, select "Remove Players".
- Select the Players you want to remove.
- Search by Player name or email address.
- Select individual Players using the checkboxes.
- Use the checkbox in the header row to select all displayed Players.
- Select "Next". Review the selected Players on the confirmation screen. Confirm the removal.
- The selected Players and their associated Topic data will be permanently deleted.
- The Players will remain in the Project.
