Removing multiple Players from a Project

This article will cover the steps to remove multiple Players from a Project. There are 2 ways to do so:

• Remove multiple Players via Bulk Actions
• Remove multiple Players via Excel Upload

To remove multiple Players via Bulk Actions

1. Select a Project from which you would like to remove the Player. 
2. Navigate to Project Tools.
3. Scroll to the section ‘User Management & Awardables’ and select “Player Manager (Project)”. You will see a list of Players who are currently in the Project. 
4. Under “Bulk Actions” click .
5. This will launch a multiple-selection popup window. You can select multiple Players by:
1. Searching for the Player’s name or email address
2. Selecting the checkbox in the header row to select all 
3. Selecting 1 or more checkboxes from the list
6. Click  to proceed to the confirmation screen and complete the action. 

To remove multiple Players via Excel Upload

1. Select a Project from which you would like to remove the Player. 
2. Navigate to Project Tools.
3. Scroll to the section ‘User Management & Awardables’ and select “Player Manager (Project)”. You will see a list of Players who are currently in the Project. 
4. Under “Bulk Actions” click .
5. This will launch a popup window. Select the 2nd tab - “Upload Excel File”.
   • Note: Only "Excel Workbook (.xlsx)" format is supported.
6. Click  to select a file from your file manager.
7. Click  to complete the action.
