Inviting Players to a Topic

There are 2 ways to invite Players to a Topic:

• Invite Multiple Players via Bulk Actions
• Invite Multiple Players via Excel Upload

To invite multiple Players via Bulk Actions:

You can use this option to invite a single Player to the selected Topic. 

1. Select a Project, and then a Topic which you would like to invite the Players.
2. Navigate to Topic Tools. 
3. Select “Player Manager (Topic)" under General Tools. You will see a list of Players who are currently in the Topic. 
4. In the top right corner, click " .
5. This will launch a multiple-selection popup window with a list of Players in the Project but not in the selected Topic. You can select single or multiple Players by:
1. Searching for the Player’s name or email address
2. Selecting the checkbox in the header row to select all 
3. Selecting 1 or more checkboxes from the list
6. You have the option to send an email notification to the selected Players by checking .
7. Click  to proceed to the confirmation screen and complete the action. 

To invite multiple Players via Excel Upload:

1. Select a Project, and then a Topic which you would like to invite the Players.
2. Navigate to Topic Tools. 
3. Select “Player Manager (Topic)" under General Tools. You will see a list of Players who are currently in the Topic. 
4. In the top right corner, click .
5. This will launch a popup window. Select the 2nd tab - “Upload Excel File”
   • Note: Only "Excel Workbook (.xlsx)" file is supported.
6. Click  to select a file from your file manager.
7. You have the option to send an email notification to the selected Players by checking .
8. Click  to complete the action.
