By editing Content Frequency, you can set rules for how often Players can complete a Content.
This feature is available for the following Content types:
- Standard Challenge
- Photo Challenge
- Multiple-Attempt Quiz Challenge
- Confirmation Challenge
- Fixed-Answer Challenge
- Form Challenge
- QR Code Challenge
- Video Challenge
- Hangman Challenge
- Reorder the Objects Challenge
- Spin the Wheel Challenge
- Scratch Card Challenge
- Memory Game Challenge
- Watch a Video Challenge
To adjust content frequency:
- From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project you want to manage.
- Select the Topic that contains the Content.
- From the Content list, select the Content you want to set frequency rules for.
- Scroll to the section Scheduling and Frequency Settings and look for “How often may players do this?”.

Select a frequency from the dropdown. The following are available:
- Only once: can be completed only once

Anytime: can be completed unlimited number of times
- NOTE: Players will be able to attempt the Content almost immediately after the previous completion. Do use this option with caution, while keeping in mind the possibility of points farming.
- Every hour: every 1 hour from the time the Content was completed last
- Every 12 hours: every 12 hours from the time the Content was completed last
- Every 24 hours: every 24 hours from the time the Content was completed last
- Every week: every week from the time the Content was completed last
- Every month: every month from the time the Content was completed last, following calendar month

For Multiple-Attempt Quiz Challenge, Hangman and Reorder The Objects Challenge, there is an option to "Only allow players to re-attempt until they answer it correctly".
- When this option is checked, the correct answer is not shown when the player has selected the wrong answer and players can continue to re-attempt until they answer it correctly. The correct answer will be shown when the player has selected the correct answer.
- If the option is not checked, the correct answer is shown when the player has selected the wrong answer.
- Once completed, click "Save Details".
