Duplicating Content

NOTE: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard. 

Duplicating content creates an exact copy of the selected Flashcard or Challenge, including all configurations and settings, embedded external media, images, and other content details. Duplicated content can be placed in a different Topic, but only within the same Project. Player activity and data are not carried over to the duplicated content.

To duplicate content:

1. From the Topic Manager, locate the content you want to duplicate.
2. On the right side of the content card, click “Duplicate Flashcard” or "Duplicate Challenge".
3. Choose whether to:
   1. Duplicate the content as-is, or
   2. Convert the content type (BETA).
4. Select the destination Topic where the duplicated content should be placed.
5. Click "Duplicate Content" to complete the action.

NOTE: A duplicated Flashcard or Challenge will be tagged with the [COPIED], and will automatically be unpublished until further action is taken by the Project Administrator. 

HOT TIPS!

• Make use of the duplication function if you would like to create an identical copy of a Flashcard or Challenge.

• Make use of the moving function if you think the Challenge / Flashcard better suits another Topic.
