Content Categories allow Administrators to organise and segment Content within a Topic. By grouping Contents into Categories, Players can find relevant content more easily, which is especially useful when a Topic contains a large number of Contents.
Creating and using Content Categories involves two steps:
Creating the Content Category
To create a Content Category:
- From the Admin Dashboard, select a Project.
- On the Topic Manager page, click on the Topic that you would like to create Content Categories.
- Click on "Manage Content Categories".
- Click on "+ New Category".
- Enter the Content Category name and description.
- Click "Create Content Category" to save your changes.
Assigning the Content Category to a Content
- From the Admin Dashboard, search for the Content you want to assign to a Category and click on it.
- Under Category, expand the category section.
- Select one or more Content Categories using the checkboxes (A Content can belong to more than one Content Category.
- Click "Save Details" to save your edits.
