Using a Flashcard Template

Note: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard. 

Flashcard Templates help you create Flashcards faster by starting from a pre-built format. Each template is designed for a specific use case, so you can choose one that best fits the content you want to share with Players.

1. Select the Topic where you want to create the Flashcard.
2. On the Topic Manager page, click "+New Content".
3. Select "Flashcard".
4. Choose how you want to create the Flashcard.
   1. Select Create a new Flashcard to fill in the Flashcard details manually.
   2. Select Select from a Flashcard Template to use an available template. Learn more here. 
5. Click "Select from a Flashcard Template".
6. Browse the available Flashcard Templates.
7. Preview a template, if needed.
   • Click Preview on the template card to view it from the Player’s perspective.
8. Select the template you want to use.
   • Click Use Template on the template card.
9. After successfully selecting a Flashcard template, you will be directed to the Flashcard Settings page.
10. Edit the Flashcard settings.
11. Click "Save Details" to create the Flashcard from the template.

NOTE: There are Project, Topic, Challenge templates available too!
