Notification options for newly created Flashcard or Challenge

NOTE: 

To do so:

  1. Start by creating a new Flashcard or Challenge. But, do not save the Flashcard or Challenge - once saved, you will lose the option to select notifications.
  2. On the New Flashcard or New Challenge page, scroll to the section new content notification.png.
  3. You will enable the options to:
    1. Send notifications via email, and/or
    2. Send notifications via push notifications
  4. After you have selected any of the notification option(s), go on to save the Flashcard or Challenge.
  5. Once the Flashcard or Challenge is published, your Players will receive new content notifications via the channels selected.

NOTE: Notifications are supported for the scheduled publishing of new challenges/flashcards. Notifications will be sent for scheduled publishing in the following scenarios:

  • Administrators publish the challenge manually on the Admin Dashboard,
  • Administrators view the content in the topic on the Admin Dashboard, or
  • Players view the challenges in the topic.

NOTE: On top of the selected notification option(s), Players will also receive in-app notifications.
