Adding Project Administrators or Moderators

Note: This feature is available on the Admin Dashboard to Project Owners and Project Administrators.
 

Add a Project Administrator or Moderator when another user needs permission to help manage your Project. Administrators have broad management access, while Moderators can perform only selected administrative tasks.

Add an Administrator or Moderator:

1. Sign in to the Admin Dashboard and select the Project you want to manage.
2. Go to Project Tools.
3. Select “Administrator Manager”.
4. Select "Add Administrators".

5. Select the appropriate access type:

   • Administrator
   • Moderator
6. Enter the user’s name and email address.
   • If the user does not have a Gametize account, a new account will be created using the information provided.
   • If the email address belongs to an existing Gametize user, the account’s existing name will not be changed.
   • You are advised to add a space after each period (.) in the name.
7. Click "Grant Administrator Access".
