Editing a Topic

Note: This feature is available on the Admin Dashboard to Project Owners and Project Administrators.

To begin editing:

1. From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project containing the Topic.
2. In the Project Manager, select the Topic you want to edit. 
3. Open the Topic settings using either method:
4. There are 2 ways to edit a Topic:
   1. From the Topic Manager: Click on the settings icon beside the Topic name to open the Topic Settings page.
   2. From Topic Tools: Select Topic Tools, then select the "Topic settings" option.
5. Update the required settings:
   1. Topic Image
   2. Topic Title & Description
   3. Topic Categories (if any)
   4. Topic Privacy
   5. Enable or Disable Challenge Completion Pop-up
   6. [Shuffle Mode Topic only], including the number of challenges assigned to each player
   7. Scheduling Settings 
      1. Scheduling to publish a Topic
      2. Scheduling to expire a Topic
   8. Allow Players to reset their Topic activity
   9. Assessment Settings
   10. Topic locking rule
6. Select the Save button to apply your changes.
