Accessing Topic Tools

Topic Tools is where all the Topic-related functions are - you can also consider this as a subset of Project Tools. There are 2 ways to access Topic Tools:

• Via the Topic Manager 
• Via the Navigation Sidebar

Accessing the Topic Tools via the Topic Manager 

1. Select any Project from your Dashboard, then select any Topic from the Project Manager.
2. You will be directed to the Topic Manager. 
3. At the top section of the page, you will see the information of the selected Topic. 
4. Click on  to launch the popup panel. 

Accessing the Project Tools via the Navigation Sidebar 

1. Select any Project from your Dashboard, then select any Topic from the Project Manager. 
2. You will be directed to the Topic Manager. 
3. Click on  to expand the Navigation Sidebar. 
4. Below the Topic title, select  to launch the popup panel. 
5. You can also access Project Tools when you are in the Topic Manager, allowing you to switch between Project and Topic Tools easily.
