Adjusting Content Frequency

By editing the Content frequency, you are setting rules on how often the Players can complete a Content. This feature is available for the following Content types:

• Standard Challenge
• Photo Challenge
• Multiple-Attempt Quiz Challenge
• Confirmation Challenge
• Fixed-Answer Challenge
• Form Challenge
• QR Code Challenge
• Video Challenge
• Hangman Challenge
• Reorder the Objects Challenge
• Spin the Wheel Challenge
• Scratch Card Challenge
• Memory Game Challenge
• Watch a Video Challenge

To adjust content frequency:

1. From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project you want to manage.
2. Select the Topic that contains the Content.
3. In the Content list, locate the Content you want to set frequency rules.
4. Scroll to the section Scheduling and Frequency Settings and look for “How often may players do this?”.
5. Select a frequency from the dropdown. The following are available: 
   • Only once: can be completed only once
   • Anytime: can be completed unlimited number of times
   • Every hour: every 1 hour from the time the Content was completed last
   • Every 12 hours: every 12 hours from the time the Content was completed last
   • Every 24 hours: every 24 hours from the time the Content was completed last
   • Every week: every week from the time the Content was completed last
   • Every month: every month from the time the Content was completed last, following calendar month
6. Once completed, click "Save Details".
