Note: This feature is available on the Admin Dashboard to Project Owners and Project Administrators.
Topic privacy controls which Players can access a Topic:
- Everyone: All Players in the Project can access the Topic.
- Invite-Only: Only Players who have been invited to the Topic can access it.
There are 2 ways to change Topic privacy:
Change Topic privacy via Topic Manager
- From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project containing the Topic.
- Select the Topic you want to update.
- In the Topic Manager, locate the Topic Privacy setting in the Topic information section.

Seelct the appropriate privacy option:
- Everyone: Makes the Topic public.
- Invite-Only: Restricts the Topic to invited Players.
- Follow the on-screen prompt to confirm the change.
Change Topic privacy via Topic Settings page
- From the Admin Dashboard, select the Project containing the Topic.
- Select the Topic and open the Topic Settings page

Select the appropriate privacy option:
- Everyone in this Project: Allows all Players in the Project to access the Topic.
- Invite-only: Restricts access to Players who have been invited to the Topic.
- Click Save to apply the change.
- If you selected Selected Players in this Project, invite the appropriate Players to the Topic
Tips:
- Use private Topics to provide different groups of Players with access to different content within the same Project.
- Topic privacy and Topic locking control access differently. Review Locking a Topic before using both settings together.
