Changing Project Privacy

NOTE: This feature is available to Project Owners and Project Administrators on the Admin Dashboard. 

You can set a Project to Public or Private. 

• A Public Project is accessible to all Players who have an account with Gametize, as long as they are able to find the Project.
• A Private Project can only be accessed by Players who have been invited or added by the Project Administrators.

To change Project Privacy:

1. Select the Project you wish to update from the Admin Dashboard. You will be directed to the Project Manager.
2. At the top of the page, look for the Project Privacy toggle button. 
3. Simply click on the button to toggle the Project to public or private.
   • Green highlighted indicates a Public Project 
   • Red highlighted indicates a Private Project 

NOTE: 

• If you have set up a Public Project, you have the option to enable Guest Login.

• If you have set up a Private Project, do remember to invite Players to the Project.
