You can set a Topic to be public or private:

A public Topic is accessible to all Players within the Project.
A private Topic is only accessible to selected Players in Project - those that Admin invites to the Topic

There are 2 ways to change Topic privacy:

Select a Topic you wish to change the Topic privacy.
On the Topic Manager, look for the section containing the Topic information.
Under “Topic Privacy”, toggle the Topic to be “All In Project” or “Private”.

- : this is toggles a Topic to be private
Follow the prompt to complete.

Select a Topic you wish to change the Topic privacy.
Go on to edit the Topic.
Scroll to the section that says “Topic Privacy”.
“Everyone in this Project” option will allow all Players in the Project to access the Topic
“Selected Players in this Project” option will only allow Players who have been invited into the Topic
Click to complete.
If you have set Topic Privacy to be Selected Players in this Project, it is important to invite Players into the Topic.

HOT TIP!

You can make use of Topic Privacy to separate Players within the same Project, by inviting different groups of Players to different Topics.
