You can set a Topic to be public or private:
- A public Topic is accessible to all Players within the Project.
- A private Topic is only accessible to selected Players in Project - those that Admin invites to the Topic
There are 2 ways to change Topic privacy:
Change Topic privacy via Topic Manager
- Select a Topic you wish to change the Topic privacy.
- On the Topic Manager, look for the section containing the Topic information.
- Under “Topic Privacy”, toggle the Topic to be “All In Project” or “Private”.
- : this is toggles a Topic to be public
- : this is toggles a Topic to be private
- Follow the prompt to complete.
Change Topic privacy via Topic Settings page
- Select a Topic you wish to change the Topic privacy.
- Go on to edit the Topic.
- Scroll to the section that says “Topic Privacy”.
- “Everyone in this Project” option will allow all Players in the Project to access the Topic
- “Selected Players in this Project” option will only allow Players who have been invited into the Topic
- Click to complete.
- If you have set Topic Privacy to be Selected Players in this Project, it is important to invite Players into the Topic.
