Replying to Player’s comment as an Administrator – Gametize

Note: This feature is available on the Admin Dashboard to Project Owners, Project Administrators and Project Moderators.

To reply to a Player’s comment:

From your Admin Dashboard, select the Project where you would like to manage comments.
Go to Project Tools.
Select “Moderate Comments”.
View Players' Comments.
Search for the Player comment you would like to reply to. You can reply to comments on a Content, a Topic, or a Player completion.
Click “Reply”.
Type your reply, then click "Post Comment".
To view your reply, expand the Replies section under the comment.
