If you’ve previously triggered a downgrade from a paid plan to the Basic Plan, you can still cancel it before the next renewal date. This ensures your project remains on the same paid plan and continues without interruption.
- Sign in to your Administrator account.
- Go on to view your Project’s Billing and Usage.
- If you have triggered a downgrade, you will see a yellow box with the details in it.
- Inside the yellow box, click "Cancel your Downgrade".

Confirm your cancellation when prompted.
- Once confirmed, the downgrade request will be canceled, and your project will remain on its current paid plan after renewal.

NOTE: You can only cancel your downgrade if you are still within the current subscription period, i.e. not after your subscription has been downgraded. |
