The Project Billing & Usage section allows the Project Owner to view key information about the project’s subscription plan and usage.
How to View Project Billing and Usage
Sign in to the Admin Dashboard.
Select the project you want to view.
On the Project Manager page, look for Billing & Usage.
The interface will look slightly different depending on your plan:
🔹 For Projects on the Basic Plan
A pink banner will appear below the project title.

The banner displays:
The current plan (Basic Plan).
The player limit (e.g. 10 players before ads are shown).
A live counter of how many players have joined (e.g. Players (without ads): 1/10).
An Upgrade to Increase button to switch plans.
🔹 For Projects on Starter & Above (Paid Plans)
A Billing & Usage button is available in the Project Manager view, next to Upgrade Plan.
Clicking Billing & Usage will open details of your current plan, player usage, and billing history.
Depending on the subscription plan you are on, you may see various different information options:
- The current plan the Project is subscribed to
- The coming renewal period
- A count on the number of Players joined or invited

Options to do the following:
- View your Plan in greater detail
- Change your Plan - upgrade or downgrade
- Quick access to downgrade to Basic Plan if you are on a paid plan
