Viewing Project Billing and Usage

A Project’s billing and usage information is only available to the Project Owner, i.e. the one who purchased for/ subscribed to the Project. It shows an overview of the subscription plan of the selected Project.  

To do so:

1. Sign in to your Administrator account.
2. From the Admin Dashboard, select a Project you wish to view the plan status.
3. From the Project Manager page, at the top section, select the tab ‘Project Billing & Usage’.

Depending on the subscription plan you are on, you may see various different information options:

• The current plan the Project is subscribed to
• The coming renewal period
• A count on the number of Topics created
• A count on the number of Players joined or invited
• Options to do the following: 
• View your Plan in greater detail
• Change your Plan - upgrade or downgrade
• Quick access to downgrade to Free Plan if you are on a paid plan
