All paid plan users have the option to downgrade their subscription to a Basic Plan directly. To do so:
- Sign in to your Administrator account.
- Go on to view your Project’s Billing and Usage.
- A Billing & Usage window will appear, displaying your current plan details and usage summary.
- Click on "End Paid Plan Subscription".

A confirmation page will appear. Review the downgrade details carefully, then click "Yes, End Paid Subscription for This Project" to confirm.

Once you confirm the downgrade, please take note of the following:

The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next renewal period — you will continue to have access to your paid plan features until then.

Any changes in plan limits (e.g., ad-free player) will apply only after the downgrade.

You will not be charged from the next billing cycle onward.

Your renewal date remains unchanged.
