Changing a subscription on a Standard Plan can involve downgrading or upgrading to other paid plans and the option to do so is only available for paid plan users.
The article covers the following:
Changing Subscription for Projects on Basic Plan
If your project is currently on the Basic Plan, you can upgrade directly from your Project Dashboard.
- Sign in to your Administrator account.
- Select a Project you would like to upgrade.
- Click on "Upgrade to Increase My Limit!".

You will be directed to the Plan Selection page, where you can view all available plans.
- Choose your preferred plan and billing option (Monthly or Yearly).

Review your order summary and complete payment.

Once confirmed, your project will be upgraded immediately.
Changing Subscription for Projects on Paid Plans
There are two ways to upgrade or downgrade a project on a paid plan:
Option 1: From the Project Manager Page
- On your Project Dashboard, click on "Upgrade Plan" (located beside your plan details).
- You’ll be redirected to the Plan Selection page.
- Choose your preferred plan and billing option (Monthly or Yearly).
- Review your order summary and confirm payment.
Option 2: From Billing & Usage
- Go to your Project Dashboard and click on "Billing and Usage".
- Click on "Upgrade/Downgrade Plan".
- Choose your preferred plan and billing option (Monthly or Yearly)
- Review your order summary and payment mode.
- Click "Confirm Subscription Change" to complete your change.

If you upgrade to a higher-priced plan:
- The upgrade will take place immediately.
- Your Project limits (e.g. Ad-free player limit) will be adjusted immediately.
- You will also be charged immediately after pro-rating the unused time on the lower-priced plan (Subscription cost of the higher-priced plan - unused time on the current plan).
- The renewal period will remain the same .
If you downgrade to a lower-priced plan:
- The downgrade will only take place in the next renewal period.
- Any adjustments in Project limits (e.g. Ad-free player limit) will only take place in the next renewal period.
- You will be charged the full amount of the lower-priced plan at the start of the next renewal period.
- The renewal period will remain the same.
