Changing a subscription on a Standard Plan can involve downgrading or upgrading to other paid plans and the option to do so is only available for paid plan users. To do so:
- Sign in to your Administrator account.
- Go on to view your Project’s Billing and Usage.
- Click “Upgrade/Downgrade Plan”.

You may toggle
to view the monthly and annual plans. Depending on the plan selected, you may also be prompted to have it billed monthly or yearly to you.

Select a plan and click

- Then, select how often you wish to be billed - monthly or yearly.

Review your order summary and select a payment mode for the subscription.
Note:
- Our system currently does not support changing the payment mode for a particular subscription via the Admin Dashboard. If you would like to change the payment mode, please write in to support@gametize.com for assistance.
- Click on
to complete. See below for more information on upgrading and downgrading of the plan.
If you upgrade to a higher-priced plan:
- The upgrade will take place immediately
- Your Project limits (e.g. Topic usage) will be adjusted immediately
- You will also be charged immediately after pro-rating the unused time on the lower-priced plan (Subscription cost of the higher-priced plan - unused time on the current plan).
- The renewal period will remain the same
If you downgrade to a lower-priced plan:
- The downgrade will only take place in the next renewal period
- Any adjustments in Project limits (e.g. Topic usage) will only take place in the next renewal period
- You will be charged the full amount of the lower-priced plan at the start of the next renewal period
- The renewal period will remain the same
