Having a credit card stored on your account ensures successful billing and automatic payment renewals, especially for paid plans. If you remove your stored credit card without adding a new one, scheduled payments for active paid projects will fail.
To remove a credit card:
- Sign in to your Administrator account
- Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard and select "Billing".
- Under “Credit Cards > My Cards”, locate the card you wish to remove.
- Click "Remove?" next to the selected card.
- You will be prompted to confirm the removal of the credit card.

NOTE: Removing a credit card is irreversible. Ensure that this is the correct card you intend to delete. |
