Changing subscription on a Standard can involve downgrading or upgrading to other paid plans and the option to do so is only available for paid plan users. To do so:
- Sign in to your Administrator account.
- Go on to view your Project’s Billing and Usage.
- Click “Upgrade/Downgrade Plan”.
- Select a plan and select how often you wish to be billed - monthly or yearly.
- Then, click

- Review your order summary and click on
to complete. See below for more information on upgrading and downgrading of the plan.
If you upgrade to a higher-priced plan:
- The upgrade will take place immediately
- Your Project limits (e.g. Topic usage) will be adjusted immediately
- You will also be charged immediately after pro-rating the unused time on the lower-priced plan and the remaining period on the higher-priced plan
- The renewal period will remain the same
If you downgrade to a lower-priced plan:
- The downgrade will only take place in the next renewal period
- Any adjustments in Project limits (e.g. Topic usage) will only take place in the next renewal period
- You will be charged the full amount of the lower-priced plan at the start of the next renewal period
- The renewal period will remain the same
