A Project’s plan status is only available to the Project Owner, i.e. the one who purchased for/ subscribed to the Project. It shows detailed breakdown of all things related to Project usage and billing schedule.
To do so:
- Log in to your Administrator account.
- Go on to view your Project’s Billing and Usage.
- Under Billing Information, click on “View Plan”.
- There are various information and options:
- Plan change options: Upgrade Plan (if you are on a free plan), Upgrade/Downgrade Plan (if you are on any paid plan), End Paid Plan Subscription (if you are on any paid plan)
- The current subscription plan in detail: plan type, renewal frequency, next renewal details
- Topics usage count and Player count
- Upcoming invoice: date of renewal, amount to be charged
- Past invoices: invoice details, option to print invoice
