Unable to access Topic: "This Topic is currently unavailable."

Issue Symptoms

The Player attempts to access a Topic and receives the following error message. 

This Topic is currently unavailable. This may be due to any of the following:
This Topic is locked or private, and your account does not have access to it.
This Topic does not have any Content.

Please click on the button below to return to "[Project Name]".

Conditions

• The user is a Player
• The user attempts to access a locked or private Topic via a direct link. 

Resolution

This Topic has been set up by the Admin in such a way that you need to complete another Topic in the same Project in order to unlock it. To do so:

1. Simply click on Back to "[Project Name] to return to the Project page.
2. Sign In to your Player account.
3. Search for and complete the specific Topic to unlock this Topic.
4. If the Topic is private,
   1. and you are invited to the Topic, you will be able to see and access it.
   2. and you are not invited, you will not see this Topic. Please contact the Project Administrator to grant you access.
