Unable to access content: "This Content is locked."

Issue Symptoms

The Player attempts to access a Challenge or Flashcard resulting in the following error. 

This Content is locked. Please click on the button below to 
return to "[Topic Name]".

Conditions

• The user is a Player
• The user attempts to access a locked Challenge or Flashcard via a direct link. 

Resolution

This Challenge or Flashcard has been set up by the Admin in such a way that you need to complete another Challenge on the same topic in order to unlock it. Simply click on Back to "[Topic Name]" to return to the Topic page, search for and complete the specific Challenge to unlock this Challenge or Flashcard.
