Issue Symptoms
Attempts to perform any action via the Gametize Platform and landed with a “Token Expired” page:
Conditions
- User is a Project Owner or Project Administrator.
- User attempts any actions on the Admin Dashboard.
Resolution
Approach 1: Make sure you wait for the page to finish loading (i.e. no longer showing the spinning animation on browser).
Approach 2: Make sure you do not have multiple tabs and/or windows opened on the same browser, loaded with the Admin Sign In page or other pages of the Gametize platform.
- Close all tabs and/or windows, except for one.
- Do a hard refresh of the browser you are on.
- Insert this link: https://gametize.com/login and attempt to sign in to your Admin Dashboard.
Approach 3: Make sure that the Admin Sign In page that you are currently on is not loaded by pressing the back button
- Close all the tabs and/or windows that are loaded with any pages of the Gametize platform.
- Launch a new tab or window, and do a hard refresh on the browser just to clear any remaining cache and cookies.
- Insert this link: https://gametize.com/login and attempt to sign in to your Admin Dashboard.
Approach 4: Try logging in on a different browser
- Load up a different browser.
- Insert this link: https://gametize.com/login and attempt to sign in to your Admin Dashboard.
If you continue to encounter the same issue, it could be due to corporate network hardening. Please attempt the following approaches.
Approach 5: Using a non-corporate network
- Connect your workstation to any other network other than the corporate network.
- Insert this link: https://gametize.com/login and attempt to sign in to your Admin Dashboard again.
Approach 6: Using a non-corporate workstation and a non-corporate network
- Using any non-corporate workstation, which can be a mobile device, connect to any network other than the corporate network
- Insert this link: https://gametize.com/login and attempt to sign in to your Admin Dashboard again.
