I am getting error from removing multiple Players from my Project

Do note that removing a large group of Players in a single go can be a heavy and long process as it also removes all Challenge submissions, comments and votes associated. Depending on your browser settings, there can be instances where the browser session timeouts before the removal process can be completed.

Here are 2 recommendations to ensure a clean removal of Players from Project:

Periodic check on Players list

Even after browser session timeout, the Player removal process continues. You can return to view the Player list, do a refresh of the page to check of the process is still in the works.

NOTE:

This method is highly recommended if you have:

A long list of Players in the Project, i.e. more than 100 Players and/or
Each Player has a large amount of activities in the Project, i.e. at least 20 Challenge completions and/or comments and/or votes each

Break up the long list of Players (e.g. 100 Players) into smaller groups (e.g. groups of 15 to 20 Players). Then, go on to remove Players from the Project via excel spreadsheet upload.
