Unable to access content: "This Challenge or Flashcard is currently unavailable."

Issue Symptoms

Player attempts to access a Challenge or Flashcard results in the following error. 

This Challenge or Flashcard is currently unavailable.

Conditions

• User is a Player
• User attempts to access a locked Challenge or Flashcard within a locked or private Topic via a direct link. 

Resolution

This Challenge or Flashcard has been set up by the Admin in such a way:

• You need to complete another Challenge in the same Topic in order to unlock it, and
• The Topic in which the Challenges and/or Flashcards reside is locked or private.
• In other words, you are not given access to the Topic. 

To resolve:

If the Project is public

1. Click on  to return to the Project page.
2. Search for and complete the specific locked or private Topic
3. If the Topic is locked, simply complete the Topic to unlock the associated Topic. 
4. If the Topic is private,
   1. and you are invited to the Topic, you will be able to see and access.
   2. and you are not invited, you will not see this Topic. Please contact the Project Administrator to grant you access. 

If the Project is private

1. This would mean that you do not have access to the Project. 
2. Please contact the Project Administrator to grant you access. 
3. Alternatively, click on  to return to app.gametize.com and explore other Projects.
